VinCenzo has united a group of individual factories, all with special unique manufacturing capabilities. With careful coordination, these resources can be shared among the group of manufacturers, creating capabilities that have never existed before in decorative can manufacturing. As an example, we can combine the unique printing capabilities of Japan with the precision tooling of the United Kingdom and the labor rates of China to create a tin sold to the US market that could not be manufactured in any one of the three factories individually, or in a domestic US factory. Before this concept of shared resources, reciprocal manufacturing and marketing agreements, customers were forced to compromise in their purchasing decisions. A customer might like the printing capabilities of a Japanese manufacturer, but not the cost of manufacturing in Japan - now we print in Japan and manufacture in China. They might like the unique shape of an English tin but not the long lead time - now we can ship the tooling to Japan and begin manufacturing tins within one week of receipt of order. It is VinCenzo's goal to work closely with clients to determine their packaging requirements and utilize a combination of resources that will give the clients the best solution to their packaging needs. |
