Interview with Carl Agro
In the business world, no one operates alone, and VinCenzo is no exception. The success of every project depends upon the help of a number of people, including those at our partner factories, designers, freight coordinators, and even those who manufacture the cardboard boxes that the tins arrive in. One of the many people who are invaluable to VinCenzo is Carl Agro, a sales representative for Imagine Graphics Group.
Films from Imagine Graphics Group are sent to VinCenzo's partner factories for printing.
All of VinCenzo's prep work is done in Chicago under the watchful eye of an experienced work staff. Imagine Graphics Group takes the original artwork and creates the films that are sent to the printer. "We're a pre-press company," explains Agro. "We take the digital files, prepare them, color-correct them if need be, and show the client proofs of how they're going to print."
However, preparing artwork for VinCenzo isn't always an easy task. The fact that VinCenzo tackles such a myriad of projects doesn't make Agro's job any easier. "It's a big challenge to work with customers from all over the country," explains Agro, but he boasts that when they bring their technical expertise and responsive attitude to the table, "no task is too hard." In fact, Agro claims that "communication is the key to success. VinCenzo is very demanding, but I'm there every time they call."

When asked how he would characterize his two-year relationship with VinCenzo, Agro replied, "[Working for VinCenzo] is very challenging, but seeing the end product is something you're proud to be a part of."
